FA heap more punishment on LuaLua

Portsmouth striker Lomana LuaLua has been given an additional ban and fine after being found guilty of improper conduct following his red card during the home defeat by Blackburn.

LuaLua received an automatic three-match suspension after being sent off following an off-the-ball incident during the game on January 15.

He was dismissed by referee Andy D’Urso for appearing to headbutt Rovers’ skipper Andy Todd.

However, he has today been given an extra one-game ban and a fine of £5,000 after being found guilty by the Football Association.

He has until 12 noon tomorrow to appeal against the decision.
