Ferguson can return for £6m: Rovers

Blackburn today granted Barry Ferguson’s transfer request and said the unsettled midfielder can talk to Rangers about a return to Ibrox – but only if they agree to pay £6m (€8.6m) for the Scotland captain.

The Glasgow club have already had one £3m (€4.3m) offer for Ferguson rejected by Rovers, who bought him from Rangers 18 months ago for £6.5m (€9.3m).
