Forest set to unveil Magson
Gary Megson is expected to be appointed the new manager of Coca-Cola Championship strugglers Nottingham Forest at a 2pm press conference today.
Megson was relieved of his duties by West Brom in October, hours after revealing he intended to leave the club at the end of his contract in summer 2005.
The 45-year-old had an unhappy spell at the City Ground as a player, failing to make a single appearance after being signed by Brian Clough.
Megson is set to replace Mick Harford, who has won just two of his six games in caretaker charge of the club who lie second-bottom in the Championship, six points adrift of safety.
