Bellamy doubtful

Newcastle boss Graeme Souness will anxiously await news of striker Craig Bellamy’s knee problem before naming his side to meet West Brom tomorrow evening.

The Welshman limped off towards the end of yesterday’s 2-1 victory over Birmingham, leaving his manager with a major headache with skipper Alan Shearer having damaged a calf in training on Friday and Patrick Kluivert still sidelined by a hamstring injury.
