Tottenham coach Martin Jol has hit back at criticism of his tactics by Iain Dowie and John Gregory.

Crystal Palace manager Dowie and former Aston Villa boss Gregory questioned Jol’s tactics in Tottenham’s 1-0 defeat at Villa Park when they were working as TV pundits.
