Bellamy vows to change his ways

Craig Bellamy knows better than most how short a journey it can be from villain to hero in football.

The 25-year-old Welshman has repeatedly travelled that path in both directions during his time at Newcastle, but perhaps never more swiftly than during the past week or so.
