Hierro could make first Premiership start

Former Spain and Real Madrid star Fernando Hierro is pushing for his first league start for Bolton tomorrow against Birmingham.

Hierro was impressive in the Carling Cup victory at Yeovil and might retain his place at the expense of Ivan Campo.
