Dublin City defender Thomas MacGauley is close to a first-team return after spending the season on the sidelines.

MacGauley, aged 26, played his first competitive football of the season in the 2-2 friendly draw at Bray Wanderers at the weekend having spent the last six months recovering from a groin operation.
