Holland coach Marco van Basten has left two players from Barclays Premiership clubs out of his 18-man squad for the World Cup qualifier against the Czech Republic.
Middlesbrough’s Bolo Zenden and Fulham’s Collins John have been released from the training camp ahead of the Amsterdam clash against the Czechs.
