Queudrue extends Boro contract
Middlesbrough defender Franck Queudrue has committed himself to the club until 2008 after signing a new contract extension.
The 26-year-old Frenchman, who had three years of his existing deal remaining, becomes the seventh Boro player to agree a new contract in the last few months in the wake of Gareth Southgate, Ugo Ehiogu, Doriva, Joseph-Desire Job, Colin Cooper and Stewart Downing.
Queudrue has become a key figure in manager Steve McClaren’s plan after clinching a £2.5million move to the Riverside Stadium from Lens in the summer of 2002 after a successful loan spell on Teesside.
