Gilberto a doubt for Gunners

Midfielder Gilberto Silva is Arsenal’s main doubt for this weekend’s Barclays Premiership clash against Middlesbrough at Highbury after his involvement in Brazil’s midweek friendly in Haiti.

Edu is also not yet match-fit despite his involvement in that game, while Patrick Vieira (thigh) and Sol Campbell (Achilles) are definitely ruled out of Sunday’s match through injury.
