Doolin signs new Drogheda deal
Paul Doolin has signed a new two-year deal with eircom Premier Division side Drogheda United, keeping him at the Boyneside club until November 2006.
The 39-year-old said of the announcement: "I'm delighted with the way things have turned out. The present set-up and the club's plans for the future are top-class."
The sentiments mirror the words spoken by Doolin just 11 months ago at his unveiling as United boss. The Dubliner ended a successful two and a half seasons at UCD to venture north to Co Louth.
Drogheda can go top of the league standings if they produce a 3-0 victory against Shamrock Rovers tomorrow night at United Park.
