O'Shea welcomes Heinze competition

John O’Shea has welcomed the arrival of Gabriel Heinze to Manchester United even though the Argentinian defender threatens his place in the side.

Though O’Shea did not maintain the consistency of his debut campaign as a Red Devils first-teamer, he still managed to notch up 49 appearances last term, more than any another player in the United squad, and finished the season lifting the FA Cup.
