Bohs escape with a point

Waterford came from 2-0 down to level and then missed a penalty as Bohs fell asunder.

Robbie Doyle was only just on the pitch when he fired Bohs in front, crashing the ball home after a James Keddy shot was blocked on 22 minutes.

Glen Crowe added a second goal three minutes later.

Again Doyle was involved as his cross wasn’t dealt with by the Blues defence and Crowe shot home off a post.

Shay Kelly spilled a cross from Vinny Sullivan to gift Kevin Waters a goal back for Blues five minutes later.

Willie Bruton then levelled five minutes into the second half when heading home a Kevin O’Brien’s cross.

Kelly made amends for his earlier error by saving Daryl Murphy’s weak penalty three minutes later.
