Leicester put their La Manga nightmare behind them as Les Ferdinand’s second-half goal earned them a shock win at Birmingham.

The Foxes moved out of the bottom three after putting an end to their 13-game Premiership sequence without a win.

At the final whistle Leicester manager Micky Adams and his players celebrated a precious win in front of the visiting fans at St Andrews.
