Birmingham City manager Steve Bruce is looking to bring in two or three permanent signings during the transfer window after being given the green light to strengthen his injury-ravaged squad by the club’s board of directors.
Bruce has only 16 fit senior players at his disposal for tonight’s Premier League encounter with Tottenham at White Hart Lane.
