Wolves without Blake

Wolves striker Nathan Blake is set to miss his side’s crucial trip to Aston Villa on Sunday – Blake has a calf strain and is almost certainly ruled out following a scan at Molineux.

But fellow striker Dean Sturridge is pushing for a recall after completing his own recovery from a hamstring problem.

Hassan Kachloul – on loan from Villa – is unlikely to figure against his current employers as he battles a back problem.
