Kanoute close to comeback

Frederic Kanoute has given Tottenham a boost by revealing he is not too far from a return to first-team action.

The striker was leading scorer when he suffered an ankle ligament injury at Leicester on October 19 - just minutes after he had grabbed the winner for his sixth goal in six games.
