O'Leary: I know I can't flash the cash

David O’Leary has admitted the big spending of the club’s previous two managers John Gregory and Graham Taylor is the reason why he has little money available to bring in new players.

O’Leary was given only £4m (€5.7m) in the summer to strengthen the squad and he spent that on Sunderland duo Gavin McCann and Thomas Sorensen.
