Drogheda Utd/Bohs Cup tie brought forward

Drogheda United’s FAI Carlsberg Cup quarter final with Bohemians on Saturday at O2 Park has been brought forward to 5pm following a meeting with local gardaí.

A security meeting was held in Drogheda last night and the club was instructed to bring forward the kick-off time of the match from 8pm to 5pm.

Should the game end in a draw, no extra time will be played.

A replay will take place at Dalymount Park next Tuesday at 7.45pm.

Should it be required, extra time will be played in the replay and if scores are still level after the additional period, the game will go to penalties.
