First Division strugglers Sligo will travel to Tolka Park for a replay on Thursday after holding Premier Division leaders Shelbourne scoreless at the Showgrounds.

Shels' Dessie Baker twice shot wide when through one-on-one on Rovers keeper Ciaran Kelly while Paul McTiernan shot inches over for the home side in a tight first half.

Jason Byrne had a great chance to win it for Shels 11 minutes from time but his thumping shot came back off the crossbar.
