Eriksson and Fergie 'got on very well'

England's Football Association chief David Davies insists England boss Sven-Goran Eriksson and Manchester United manager Alex Ferguson have a good working relationship.

Ferguson claimed the Swede had “shaken hands” on succeeding him at Old Trafford before he signed a contract extension last season, which was played down by both the club and Eriksson.
