Blackburn boss Graeme Souness has kept faith with defender Andy Todd for the Worthington Cup semi-final second-leg clash with Manchester United at Ewood Park.

Blackburn boss Graeme Souness has kept faith with defender Andy Todd for the Worthington Cup semi-final second-leg clash with Manchester United at Ewood Park.

Todd, who was dismissed for a blatant kick on Christophe Dugarry in the 1-1 draw with Birmingham on Saturday, retains his place in the Rovers squad and is expected to start.

David Dunn, who limped out of the first leg at Old Trafford, is still missing with a calf problem.

United expect Ole Gunnar Solskjaer to be fit despite a knee injury sustained in the weekend win over Chelsea.

The Norwegian trained with the rest of the squad on Sunday but faces a battle to hold down his place as Ryan Giggs and Juan Sebastian Veron look to win back a spot in Sir Alex Ferguson's starting line-up.

Veron was the inspiration behind Diego Forlan's last-minute winner against Claudio Ranieri's men and could replace Phil Neville in the heart of the midfield.
