Crowe double sends Bohs ten points clear
Bohemians 2 Cork City 0
A Glen Crowe double moved Bohs ten points clear at the top of the table as Cork's title hopes were emphatically ended.
Good work from Paul Keegan and Stephen Caffrey set up Crowe to volley Bohs in front on 12 minutes.
Caffrey again provided the killer pass for Crowe's second of the night - his 18th league goal of the season - on 36 minutes before the Irish international retired injured at half-time.
Colin Patrick O'Brien and Neal Horgan forced good stops from Bohs' keeper Ashley Bayes in the second half, but that was as good as it got for Cork as Mark Rutherford and Fergal Harkin came close to increasing Bohs winning margin late on.
