Bohs win as Rovers draw
Drogheda United 0 Bohemians 2
Late goals from Stephen Caffrey and Derek Coughlan gave Bohs a flattering win as they stretched their lead at the top to eight points.
The result was tough on cash strapped Drogheda who have now lost eight of their last nine games.
The opener came on 71 minutes. Colin Hawkins knocked down Bobby Ryan's corner and midfielder Caffrey stabbed the ball home from close range.
Coughlan then got on the end of another corner, this time from Dmaien Lynch, to seal the win in the first minute of stoppage time.
Bray Wanderers 1 Shamrock Rovers 1
A dramatic Eamon Zayed goal EIGHT minutes into stoppage time earned Bray a deserved point.
Referee Jim O'Niell played eleven minutes of injury time after Bray defender Jody Lynch was taken off to hosptial with a dislocated shoulder.
Tony O'Dowd could only parry a shot from Jaosn Byrne and Zayed scooped home the rebound.
Trevor Molloy had put Rovers in front on 16 minutes when collecting a loose ball from a Bray throw in to run in and shoot past John Walsh.
