Terry, who is back from a knee injury, will replace skipper Marcel Desailly in the heart of the defence, after the Frenchman failed to travel to Norway because of a calf injury.

Ranieri also has Emmanuel Petit (ankle) and Graeme Le Saux (calf) available after injury, while Quique De Lucas – who scored in the 2-1 first leg victory - is struggling with a calf strain.

Mario Melchiot is suspended and Albert Ferrer (hamstring) and Celestine Babayaro (calf) did not travel.

Provisional squad: Cudicini, Stanic, Gallas, Terry, Le Saux, Huth, Morris, Lampard, Petit, Zenden, Gronkjaer, Zola, Hasselbaink, Gudjohnsen, Ambrosetti, De Lucas, Kitamirike, De Goey.
