Bellamy banned for Magpies

Newcastle striker Craig Bellamy will miss out on his side’s vital Champions League clash with Juventus in Turin as he starts a three-match ban.

The Welshman is injured anyway after complaining of soreness in his knee after last Tuesday’s 1-0 home defeat by Feyenoord, but United boss Sir Bobby Robson has no new selection problems.
