Limerick FC are top of the eircom First Division table following a 3-1 win over newcomers Kildare County.

O'Donoghue opened the scoring for Limerick on 52 minutes and the Shannonsiders were three goals to the good within five minutes courtesy of two goals from Foley.

Kelly grabbed an injury-time consolation for Kildare in the second minute of injury-time.
