The opening game will see cup holders France take on Senegal at 12.30pm Irish time following a short opening ceremony in Seoul.

There was a 10-hour street party in the city last night to mark the official beginning of the competition.

Ireland will open their Group E campaign against Cameroon at 7.30am Irish time tomorrow.
