McCarthy set to name full-strength side

Mick McCarthy is set to name his first choice Republic of Ireland team for tonight’s friendly against Nigeria - which would mean them being led by Roy Keane.

Captain Keane, the midfield linchpin, sparked a minor scare when he failed to put in an appearance at Niall Quinn’s testimonial on Tuesday night.
