England have agreed to let UEFA decide on the sequence of Euro 2004 qualifying matches after five hours of talks in Istanbul failed to produce agreement.

England’s qualifying rivals -Turkey, Macedonia, Slovakia and Liechtenstein - also agreed to a UEFA draw, likely to take place at UEFA’s headquarters in Geneva.
