Soccer: Norwich sign Wimbledon's Roberts on loan

Norwich have signed Wimbledon's Andy Roberts on a one-month loan deal.

The midfielder will arrive to boost the Canaries' promotion push on January 28.

"Andy is an experienced midfielder and gives us another body in the midfield area," said Nigel Worthington.

"With the possible suspension of Darel Russell, we're pleased to have Andy's services to help us out.

"It's somebody that we've looked at for a while and felt that if and when the time was right we'd make a move," he said.
