Dundalk needed an own goal to earn a draw that's of little use to them in their fight against relegation.

UCD went in front on 54 minutes when Mick O'Donnell turned home a cross from Robbie Martin.

But Dundalk were level within two minutes when College skipper Tony McDonnell deflected a Martin Reilly cross into his own net.
