Premiership: Ferguson insists Keane is happy at Old Trafford

Manchester United manager Alex Ferguson has insisted that midfielder Roy Keane is happy at Old Trafford, despite reports to the contrary in newspapers this week.

Ferguson told reporters last night that he no longer speaks to the press about Manchester United because he doesn’t trust them.

He said the media have printed misleading stories about an alleged row he had with Keane after deploying the player in the centre of defence during last Saturday’s game against Chelsea.
