The World Cup trophy is to be displayed in Dublin as part of a world tour to promote next summer’s finals in South Korea and Japan.

The famous gold statuette will be unveiled at a Grafton Street department store by the Taoiseach Bertie Ahern and the Irish manager Mick McCarthy.
