Soccer: Rangers tie to go ahead in neutral venue

UEFA has announced that Rangers’ match against Anzhi Makhachkala of Dagestan will be decided with a one-off game in a neutral venue following safety fears over playing in war-torn Dagestan.

European football’s governing body had previously insisted that the Scottish club would have to travel to the Russian republic for the first leg of the game.
