Soccer: United agree another coaching link-up
Manchester United have agreed a coaching link-up with Norwegian side Oslo East.
Under the terms of the three-year deal, Oslo East will scout for United in Norway.
The Premiership leaders will also hold coaching clinics in Manchester and Oslo for the benefit of the Second Division side’s youth coaches and players.
The agreement with Oslo East is the latest stage in United’s strategy of building up a comprehensive worldwide scouting network.
United has already established strong links with Belgian side Royal Antwerp and has an reciprocal agreement with Swedish club IFK Gothenburg.
A number of United youngsters, including Luke Chadwick and Ronny Wallwork, have gained valuable experience during loan spells at Royal Antwerp.
