The Gunners boss chose not to sign another frontman during the transfer window, despite the loss of England international Danny Welbeck until Christmas after knee surgery.

Wenger claims the calibre of player he feels would add to the Arsenal squad is just not available in the current market. The French coach would like to see more done to develop homegrown talent rather than just look to overseas markets.
