Kean left on brink at Rovers

BLACKBURN boss Steve Kean has at times this season appeared to be living in a world of his own, putting the gloss on another defeat and talking his team up when many have doubted their ability.

But reality finally appears to be biting for the Rovers manager as he, and his players, stand on the edge of a black hole.

Another damaging home defeat left Blackburn in danger of being cut adrift at the foot of the Premier League, and tomorrow evening at Ewood Park they face fellow strugglers Bolton in a rock-bottom fixture neither can afford to lose.
