Tevez keen on swift resolution to protracted City dispute

CARLOS TEVEZ wants a swift resolution to his current situation at Manchester City despite his continued absence.

The 27-year-old’s presence had been requested back in Manchester to discuss last week’s apparently unauthorised trip to Argentina to visit family.

However, the striker has remained in his homeland while his advisors continued discussions with City over finding a solution to the long-running saga.
