JOHN DELANEY isn’t worried that Giovanni Trapattoni is hot property again after dropping his biggest hint yet that the FAI will offer the Italian a new deal after Euro 2012 qualification is confirmed tomorrow night.

The FAI chief executive has also revealed he is in talks with the English FA over a Dublin friendly between the countries, possibly as early as May.

“Giovanni Trapattoni has been an attractive proposition to other countries and clubs for quite some time now but he has made it clear he wants to stay with Ireland,” said Delaney.
