Mancini: Tevez ‘finished’ at City after bench sit-in

ROBERTO MANCINI said Carlos Tevez is “finished” at Manchester City after the striker refused to play after being asked to go on as a substitute in the 2-0 defeat at Bayern Munich last night.

“If I have my way he will be out of the club,” said Mancini last night.

Nigel de Jong had already replaced striker Edin Dzeko in a surprise substitution after which Tevez was told by Mancini he would also be thrown into the fray as City chased a two-goal deficit.
