IPSWICH boss Roy Keane admits that the patience of owner Marcus Evans and chief executive Simon Clegg will eventually run out if his side continue to struggle at the bottom of the Championship.

Keane’s Tractor Boys dropped back into the relegation zone on Wednesday after Reading defeated Crystal Palace 24 hours after Ipswich lost 3-1 at bottom-of-the-table Peterborough.

Ipswich fans have been patient despite their side managing only six league wins this season, but their frustrations have started to show in the wake of the defeat at London Road, something Keane says he fully understands.
