Jimmy Dunne, the QPR defender, has been redesignated as a goalkeeper for tonight’s Uefa Nations League game against Israel after Gavin Bazunu’s withdrawal.

Bazunu’s decision to opt out of the two games on conscientious grounds left Heimir Hallgrímsson with just first-choice Caoimhín Kelleher and Max O’Leary as goalkeeper.
