Unforgettable fire

THE days of the dominant Dons may be long gone but those Crazy Gang yarns just keep on coming.

In the latest edition of ‘Four Four Two’, John Hartson recalls the day he signed for Wimbledon.

“When I joined, they burned my Armani suit — £700 of suit, brand new and bought especially for the press conference.

“I went home in a tracksuit. It was mad.”
