Ronaldo leads way as Brazil cruise to victory

BRAZIL continued their low-key build-up to the World Cup with two late goals helping them to a four-goal win over New Zealand in Geneva.

It took 43 minutes for Brazil to open the scoring, with Ronaldo netting just before the break. Strike partner Adriano doubled the lead after 51 minutes but it was not until late on that they confirmed their superiority.

AC Milan playmaker Kaka added the third after 86 minutes, with Lyon midfielder Juninho — a 65th-minute replacement for Roberto Carlos — completing the scoring in stoppage time.
