The Anfield vice-captain blasted his colleagues on the eve of their most important game of the season for the abject defeat at Crystal Palace which all but ended their hopes of pipping Everton to the fourth Champions League place via the Premiership.
“The game may have changed a bit when Milan Baros went off, but I thought they wanted the result more than us. It seemed they put in more tackles than us,” he said.
