No jitters for keeper Almunia

Manuel Almunia is relishing his run in the Arsenal first-team since taking over goalkeeping duties from Jens Lehmann.

The Spaniard has figured in the last three games for Arsène Wenger’s side. Almunia admitted he would be happy if it continued into Sunday’s clash with Chelsea.

“I am pleased the manager has given me opportunity to show what I can do,” he said.

“I’ll be confident if the manager picks me. I am experienced and I want people to talk about the good things I have done.”
