Man City set for Dunne deal

RICHARD DUNNE looks set to land a new Manchester City contract in January.

Two years ago, Dunne’s future was at risk after he was sent home from City’s training ground by manager Kevin Keegan for ‘a serious breach of discipline’ amid claims he turned up for training smelling of alcohol.

The 25-year-old has since earned a regular spot in the Blues defence and Keegan indicated a new deal is almost a formality.
