We are our own worst enemies, says Henry
Arsenal have almost certainly wrapped up the league title after beating Charlton with strikes in the first five minutes from Robert Pires and Thierry Henry.
They led Manchester United last season, of course, only to slip up but Fredrik Ljungberg said: "We have more discipline than last season."
Henry reaffirmed his commitment to Arsenal by adding: "When I came to Arsenal no one believed in me anymore. Arsenal and Arsene Wenger held out their hands. Now that everything's going well, I can't turn round and say goodbye.
"The coach is trying to build something. Things are moving forward. I'm part of these plans and I don't want to leave."
Henry scored his 20th league goal this season in Saturday's 2-1 win and his form has seen him linked with a move to Real Madrid.
"I will never stop the rumours," he said. "But when you see me on the field you see someone fighting for his team, not someone about to leave. I'm more than happy at Arsenal. Full stop."
Sylvain Wiltord's future at Arsenal will be decided in the next four weeks. The striker, attracting a host of Spanish and German clubs, is out of contract at the end of the season and current talks are deadlocked.
Phil Neville insists it is not in Manchester United's mentality to concede the title and he believes the race could yet go down to the wire. "Nine points is a massive gap at this stage of the season but you never know, there might be a twist.
"We'll keep fighting to the end because that's the way the manager wants us to be, it's the way the players are and it's what the fans will demand," Neville said.
While United have conceded sloppy goals Neville believes some criticism of Wes Brown, in particular is unfair.
"His fitness is getting a lot better and people probably harshly jumped on his back. He showed what a class player he is on Wednesday [against Porto]. At the moment teams are only getting one chance and putting it away and that's the way it goes when you are going through the kind of run we are going through."
